wz2 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players
Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any wz2 service. Using the platform means you agree to the conditions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the wz2 platform, including its website, mobile browser interface, casino games, sports betting services, bonus programmes and payment services. They form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and wz2. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any updates published from time to time.
wz2 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

1. Eligibility and Registration
The following eligibility requirements apply to all persons seeking to register or use the wz2 platform.

Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any wz2 service. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 21 or older. wz2 may request age verification documents at any time. If verification shows a player is under 21, the account will be closed and any winnings generated during that period will be voided.

One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one registered wz2 account. Opening multiple accounts — under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. wz2 uses identity verification, device fingerprinting and payment method matching to detect duplicates. Where duplicates are found, all accounts may be closed and associated funds forfeited.

Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at registration and throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth and the mobile number linked to your payment wallet. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2. Account Security and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security of your wz2 account credentials and all activity conducted through your account.

Password Security
Keep your account password strictly confidential at all times. Do not share it with any third party, including anyone claiming to represent wz2 support. The genuine wz2 support team will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact wz2 support immediately and change your password without delay.

Liability for Account Activity
All bets, deposits, withdrawals and transactions conducted through your account are your responsibility. wz2 will not reverse transactions on the basis that your credentials were used without your authorisation, unless you can demonstrate the unauthorised access resulted from a fault on the part of wz2 rather than your own failure to maintain adequate security.

Account Suspension
wz2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach, any balance may be forfeited. Players may contact support to request account closure at any time.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
The following rules govern all deposits into and withdrawals from your wz2 account.

Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit on the wz2 platform is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by wz2, although your individual wallet or card provider may impose its own limits. Funds are credited to your wz2 balance in real time once your payment provider confirms the transaction.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same wallet or payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering. wz2 aims to process withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on your wallet provider and any KYC verification requirements applicable to your account.

KYC Verification
wz2 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for larger amounts or where automated checks flag an account for review. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or temporary account restriction.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All wz2 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and the general rules in this section.

Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by wz2 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and other conditions are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated wagering requirements.

Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Welcome bonuses apply to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Reload and seasonal bonuses — including BPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh promotions — are available to existing players as specified in the individual offer terms. wz2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, collusion with other players, arbitrage betting designed to eliminate risk from a promotional offer, or any other conduct wz2 determines to be exploitative — is a material breach of these Terms. wz2 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

Bonus Expiry
Bonuses and free spins expire within the period stated in the individual offer terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from your account balance. wz2 does not extend bonus expiry periods except at its sole discretion.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
All wz2 casino games and sports betting markets are governed by the following fair play principles.
All casino game outcomes on the wz2 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming. The RNG ensures results are entirely random, independent of previous outcomes and not influenced by wz2 or any player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the game provider and represent the theoretical long-term average payout for each game.
Sports betting markets on wz2 are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures and the International Cricket Council for ICC events. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of wz2 is final, subject to our formal complaints procedure.

Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet — whether from a fault in the game software, platform infrastructure or a connectivity issue — wz2 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Disputes
If you wish to dispute a game outcome, bet settlement or any other platform decision, raise the matter with wz2 customer support first. Please retain any relevant screenshots, timestamps and transaction reference numbers to support your dispute. wz2 will endeavour to respond to disputes within a reasonable time and in good faith.

Voided Bets
A bet may be voided by wz2 where: the event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely; the market is settled in error; a technical fault affected the acceptance of the bet; or where wz2 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using insider information or in breach of these Terms.
6. Responsible Gaming
wz2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity.
wz2 recognises that for some players, gambling can become problematic. We provide a safe and responsible gaming environment with tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact our support team for further guidance. wz2 is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or play.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wz2 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section is a material breach of these Terms.

Fraud and Chargebacks
Conducting fraudulent transactions, initiating unjustified chargebacks on deposits made to your wz2 account, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Collusion and Match Fixing
Any form of collusion between players, match fixing, use of insider information in sports betting, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. wz2 cooperates fully with law enforcement and sporting authorities where such conduct is suspected.

Automated Software
The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts or any other automated means to interact with the wz2 platform — including to place bets, spin reels or navigate the lobby — is strictly prohibited. wz2 employs technical monitoring to detect automated activity and will close accounts found to be using prohibited software.

Money Laundering
The wz2 platform must not be used for money laundering or any other financial crime. wz2 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately suspended and relevant funds frozen pending investigation.
8. Limitation of Liability and Amendments
This section sets out the scope of wz2's liability to players and explains how these Terms may be amended.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wz2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or interruption of service, even if wz2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. wz2's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wz2 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. wz2 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where practicable. wz2 shall not be liable for losses suffered as a result of platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
